National Statistical Organization (NSO)
The National Statistical Organization (NSO) of India, formed in 2005, merges the Central Statistical Organisation (CSO) and the National Sample Survey Organisation (NSSO). Operating under the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation (MoSPI), it provides reliable statistical data for policy-making and planning. Key functions include conducting socio-economic surveys, collecting price data, and publishing reports such as the Annual Survey of Industries (ASI) and Periodic Labour Force Survey (PLFS).
Animal Welfare Board of India (AWBI)
The Animal Welfare Board of India (AWBI), established in 1962, promotes animal welfare and ensures adherence to animal welfare laws in India. It advises the government, provides grants to organizations, and has a significant role in shaping and enforcing humane treatment standards for animals.
CSC Olympiad
The CSC Olympiad, organized by CSC Academy, targets students from classes 3rd to 12th and covers subjects including English, Hindi, Mathematics, Science, Cyber Security, and more. With over 50% of participants from rural areas and involvement from more than 1000 schools, this annual event aims to identify and nurture talent while emphasizing foundational subjects crucial for competitive exams.
Gunavatta Sankalp
Launched on 23 March 2023 by the Quality Council of India (QCI) in Lucknow, this initiative aims to enhance quality standards across sectors like governance, education, healthcare, and MSMEs. It focuses on grassroots quality consciousness, strategic partnerships, and quality monitoring to support self-reliance (‘Atma Nirbharta’).

Headquartered in New Delhi, it provides accreditation through its five boards (NABL, NABH, NABET, NABCB, NBQP) and runs initiatives like Quality Setu and the Zero Defect Zero Effect (ZED) scheme.
